What Authentix does

From a recipient roster to a verifiable certificate

Authentix is built for organisations that issue certificates to learners: training providers, course operators, institutions and internal learning teams.

How it fits together

Three parts of one workflow

  1. Step 01

    Bring your roster

    Start from your list of recipients, uploaded as data or imported from a Google Sheets spreadsheet you select.

  2. Step 02

    Generate certificates

    Produce certificates for the whole roster, each with a QR code that links to its verification page.

  3. Step 03

    Deliver and verify

    Send certificates by email. Anyone who scans a QR code sees the learner details, validity and issuer information.

Google Sheets import

Import a recipient roster from Google Sheets

Authentix can read a recipient roster directly from a Google Sheets spreadsheet, so you do not have to export and re-upload a file each time the list changes. This is the only feature that uses Google sign-in, and it is optional.

One permission, nothing else
Authentix requests exactly one Google OAuth scope, and no others:https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
Only the files you pick
That scope gives access only to files you explicitly select through the Google Picker. Authentix cannot list, scan or open any other file in your Google Drive.
Read, never write
The spreadsheet you select is read to import your recipient roster, and you can re-read it when the spreadsheet changes. Authentix does not write to your Google Drive.
Disconnect at any time
Disconnecting inside Authentix deletes the stored credential, so Authentix can no longer read any spreadsheet. The permission itself stays in your Google Account until you remove it there.
